Can this job be sponsored?

Some things to check

  • We could not tell the occupation from the title. Whether a job can be sponsored depends on its occupation code.

Look up the occupation code (CASCOT) (opens in a new tab)
  • Openwork Services Limited holds an A-rated Skilled Worker licence.

Register of licensed sponsors, GOV.UK (opens in a new tab)

Read from the advert, the Home Office register and the Immigration Rules. Whether you can be sponsored also depends on your own circumstances, such as your age and visa history. This is information, not advice.

About the job

About Openwork Openwork is a high-growth, people-first staffing company reimagining what modern hiring can be. Privately owned and proudly independent, we move fast, think big, and give every team member a real seat at the table. With over 50 years of experience, we’re combining industry expertise with a fresh, innovative approach — bringing ease, accessibility, and thoughtfulness to every step of the hiring journey. We’ve been recognized as one of SIA’s Fastest Growing Staffing Companies and a ClearlyRated Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner. As we continue to grow, every new hire plays a critical role in shaping our company and our future. Why Join Us Every internal role at Openwork is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to help build a progressive, modern staffing company from the inside out. We keep red tape to a minimum and encourage fresh ideas, bold thinking, and collaborative problem-solving. You'll be part of a close-knit, mission-driven team that values curiosity, trust, and results. What We Offer - Competitive base salary with monthly commissions or bonus potential - Generous PTO and paid holidays - Comprehensive healthcare benefits - Dog-friendly offices (yes, really!) - A people-first culture built on collaboration, accountability, and shared growth If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter and your work can make a real impact, we'd love to meet you.   Technology Partner, AI & Automation The Technology Partner will help identify opportunities to use AI, automation, and existing technology to improve how we work across Openwork. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys experimenting with tools, solving problems, and turning ideas into practical solutions. You don’t have to be a traditional software developer to be successful in this role. We’re interested in someone who knows their way around technology, enjoys learning new tools, and can figure out how to build, configure, or connect solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll work with people across the company to understand how processes work today, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop solutions that reduce manual work and make our teams more effective. Some projects may involve automating a small task, while others may require rethinking a workflow or building something new. AI is changing quickly, so we need someone who’s comfortable learning as they go, trying different approaches, and working through the process of testing, troubleshooting, and improving a solution until it works.     What You’ll Do - Explore AI tools, automation platforms, and existing systems to identify ways to improve business processes. - Work with teams across Openwork to understand their workflows, challenges, and needs. - Identify opportunities to reduce manual work, improve efficiency, and solve recurring business problems. - Build, configure, test, and refine AI-powered tools, automations, and workflow solutions. - Connect existing tools and systems where possible to create more efficient processes. - Experiment with different technologies and approaches to determine what works best for each use case. - Troubleshoot issues, test for accuracy and reliability, and make adjustments based on results and user feedback. - Explain solutions and recommendations in a way that makes sense to both technical and nontechnical audiences. - Help implement new workflows and make sure the people using them understand how they work. - Document solutions and processes so they can be maintained, improved, and used consistently. - Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and look for practical ways to apply them to the business. What We’re Looking For - Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or technology to build, improve, or streamline processes. - A strong interest in AI and a desire to keep learning as the technology evolves. - The ability to break down a problem, understand what needs to be accomplished, and work toward a practical solution. - Comfort experimenting with tools, testing different approaches, and troubleshooting when things don’t work as expected. - Good judgment around when technology can help, when a process needs to change, and when a proposed solution may not be the best fit. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with people who have different levels of technical knowledge. - The ability to understand someone else’s needs, ask thoughtful questions, and explain ideas clearly. - Attention to detail and a focus on building solutions that work consistently, not just once. - The ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and take ownership of work from start to finish.     Why Openwork? You’ll have the opportunity to help shape how a growing company uses AI and automation. Rather than stepping into a role with every process already defined, you’ll have room to explore, build, test, and help determine what works. If you enjoy learning new technology, solving real problems, and seeing the results of something you’ve built, we’d love to hear from you.
