Ask Inky
Inky, the ImmigrationGPT AI, answers from GOV.UK guidance and the Home Office register of licensed sponsors, in plain English, and marks the source of each line.
Ask Inky. It writes down what GOV.UK says.
It is an AI, not a person or an adviser. It gives information, not immigration advice.
Press Search to see matching sponsors, jobs and questions. Then ask Inky for a written answer with its sources.
Without an account you get 10 free answers every 30 days. A free account gives you 30 every 30 days.
Free with an account: 30 answers every 30 days, saved in your history.
Each one opens an answer from Inky and uses one of your free answers. Each one opens a chat with Inky, with the question filled in. You need a free account to send it.
One box takes both. Press Search and you see matching licensed sponsors, job adverts and questions from the community first. Typing never starts the AI.
Inky, the ImmigrationGPT AI, reads GOV.UK guidance and the sponsor register, then writes a short answer in plain English. Without an account, you pass a quick security check before your first answer.
Each claim has a numbered marker that links to the GOV.UK page it came from. The pages are listed under the answer. A question about an employer shows the matching sponsors from the register.
With a free account you can ask a follow-up, and the conversation is saved in your chat history. You can delete it there. Each follow-up counts as an answer.
Inky explains what the rules say and who they apply to. It can tell you the salary rules for a route, what a fee is, how long GOV.UK says a decision takes, or whether an employer is on the register and with which rating.
It will not decide your own case. Ask whether you qualify, which visa to choose or whether to accept an offer, and it says it cannot assess that. Only a regulated adviser can give immigration advice: that is the law under section 84 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999.
For your own case, find a regulated immigration solicitor or use the GOV.UK search for a registered immigration adviser.
AI can make mistakes. Read the source before you act on an answer, and check an employer on the current register on GOV.UK.
You can ask without an account: 10 answers every 30 days, in one browser. Without an account you cannot ask a follow-up and nothing is saved as a conversation.

Inky is the name of the ImmigrationGPT AI. It is an AI, not a person, an adviser or a government service. It writes answers from GOV.UK guidance and the Home Office register of licensed sponsors and marks the source of each line. It gives information, not immigration advice.
It does not assess a person’s own case: whether you qualify, which visa to choose or whether to accept an offer. It also only answers questions about UK immigration, visas and visa sponsors. A refused question does not count towards your free answers.
Yes. AI can misread a page or miss a recent change. Open the numbered sources and read the GOV.UK page before you rely on an answer. The sponsor register changes every working day, so check an employer’s entry on the current register too.
