How an enquiry reaches you

  1. Step 1Someone describes their caseCategory, place and the questions that matter for that route, on the ImmigrationGPT intake form.
  2. Step 2They choose up to three firmsFrom the firms that take that kind of case in that place. Never more than three, and never without their choosing.
  3. Step 3You see the enquiry, lockedCategory, place and when it arrived are free to read. Their email and answers stay hidden.
  4. Step 4You unlock it for 1 creditThe email and every answer appear, and you reply directly. Nobody else can contact them through us.

The rules both sides agree to

  • No cold contactYou only ever write to someone who sent you their enquiry, in line with SRA Code of Conduct 8.9.
  • No paid rankingThe order firms are shown in is never bought, and ImmigrationGPT never recommends a firm.
  • Prices and complaints on showA listing links to your prices page and complaints procedure, as the SRA Transparency Rules require.
  • Checked against the registerYour SRA number is checked on the SRA register before your listing shows the register seal.

What enquirers are told about us

Firms pay ImmigrationGPT a subscription to be listed, and pay a fee to open an enquiry you send them. ImmigrationGPT does not recommend a firm or give legal advice, and the order firms are shown in is never paid for. Only the firms you choose see your details, and they cannot contact you unless you send them this enquiry.
