Accurate, source-backed UK immigration guidance — built from real experience.
ImmigrationGPT is an independently built platform designed to help people understand UK immigration and visa sponsorship rules clearly, accurately, and in real time.
It started as a personal research project in 2020 and has since evolved into a public tool used by individuals navigating one of the most complex regulatory systems in the UK.
UK immigration information is technically public—but practically difficult to use.
Rules change frequently. Guidance is fragmented across GOV.UK pages, policy documents, sponsor registers, and updates that are easy to miss. Even small wording changes can materially affect eligibility.
ImmigrationGPT exists to reduce confusion by:
This is not legal advice. It is structured, factual guidance backed by sources.
The project began with a personal objective: to identify and track all UK employers licensed to sponsor visas. What started as data collection quickly became deeper research into how sponsorship actually works in practice—not just on paper.
As the dataset grew, more people began using it. It became clear that the lack of clarity around sponsorship and eligibility was a widespread problem. The project shifted from private research to something intended to help others navigate the system.
The focus expanded to job-site integrations and sponsorship-aware job listings. That experiment revealed an important insight: job listings weren't the main obstacle—understanding immigration rules was.
The emphasis moved back to the hardest part of UK immigration: keeping up with constant policy and guidance changes. The goal became building a system that could stay current, factual, and source-driven.
With advances in AI tooling and open-source infrastructure, ImmigrationGPT became viable as a real-time system. Today, it answers UK immigration questions using current official sources, tracks changes in rules and sponsor data, and prioritises accuracy over speed or speculation.
ImmigrationGPT is self-funded and independently run.
In the future, advertising may be introduced to support infrastructure and development. This will be done transparently and without compromising factual accuracy or trust.
The goal is sustainability—not aggressive monetisation.
