These terms govern your firm's use of the ImmigrationGPT solicitor lead-matching platform. They're separate from, and additional to, the general ImmigrationGPT Terms of Service candidates agree to. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
BetaImmigrationGPT for Solicitors is in early beta testing. Expect bugs, gaps and changes to how it works, including plans and prices. Enquiry numbers are low and not guaranteed, so don’t rely on it as a source of work or for anything time-critical. We’ll email you before a change affects anything you’ve paid for. Section 10 explains what that means for you.
ImmigrationGPT for Solicitors is a lead-matching marketplace. Candidates using ImmigrationGPT's intake form choose up to three firms to hear from; your firm can spend a lead credit to unlock a candidate's contact details and case summary, and take it from there directly with them.
We are not a law firm, do not give immigration or legal advice to candidates or to you, and are not a party to any engagement that results from a match. Whether and how to act on an unlocked enquiry is entirely your firm's decision and responsibility.
You must be a solicitor, authorised person, or otherwise entitled to provide UK immigration advice, registering on behalf of a genuine firm, and you must register with a firm work email address, not a personal one. The information on your public profile (firm name, bio, specialisms, service areas, SRA number) must be accurate and kept up to date.
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your login credentials to yourself, and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Using this platform to receive client introductions is your firm's responsibility to run compliantly under the SRA Standards and Regulations and any other rules that apply to you — including rules on referrals, introductions, and fee-sharing arrangements. We don't review or certify your compliance, and nothing here is legal advice to you about your own regulatory obligations. If you're unsure whether this service fits your firm's compliance requirements, that's a question for your own compliance officer, not us.
Registration is free and includes a one-time allowance of lead credits. A monthly subscription adds a fuller public profile and a recurring lead-credit allowance; either tier can top up lead credits separately at any time. Current prices are shown in your dashboard's Billing section before you pay.
Unlocking an enquiry spends one lead credit immediately and irreversibly — we don't refund a spent credit because a candidate doesn't respond, isn't a good fit, or has already engaged another firm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed to the card on file via Stripe.
When you unlock an enquiry, you become a data controller for the candidate's details and case answers you receive — UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 apply to what you do with them from that point on, the same as any other client data your firm holds. Use it only to follow up on that enquiry, not for unrelated marketing, and don't pass it to anyone outside your firm without the candidate's knowledge.
Candidates choose which firms see their enquiry; a firm never sees who else a candidate selected, and nothing is shared with a firm before it spends a lead credit to unlock it.
Don't misrepresent your firm, its SRA status, or its specialisms. Don't use unlocked candidate details for anything beyond following up on that enquiry. Don't attempt to scrape, bulk-extract, or reverse engineer the platform, or share your account with people outside your firm.
We can unpublish or block a profile that breaches these terms, misrepresents a firm, or is the subject of a genuine complaint, without needing to unlock every enquiry first. You can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which permanently removes your firm profile, lead-credit balance and history, and every enquiry you've unlocked.
Unused lead credits and any remaining subscription period are not refunded on account deletion or termination, for the same reason spent credits aren't refunded on unlock: the platform access and unlock itself is the thing you've paid for, not a guaranteed outcome.
The platform is provided as is. We don't guarantee enquiry volume, candidate response rates, or that any match will result in an instructed matter. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to your firm arising from these terms is limited to the amount your firm paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
The platform is in early beta. Features, plans, prices and how enquiries are matched may change, and some things will break. We will email you at least 14 days before a price or plan change affects a subscription you pay for, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If we withdraw the platform, we will refund unused lead credits you paid for and the unused part of any subscription.
During the beta, enquiry numbers are low and we make no promise about how many your firm will receive. Please report problems to contact [at] immigrationgpt.co.uk.
We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
