Visas granted from outside the UK, October 2025 to June 2026, against the same months a year before. The Home Office figures give job codes only from October 2024. Only jobs with at least 200 visas in those months a year before. Changes over 100% are drawn at 100%. Many falls follow the rule changes of 22 July 2025. "Closed" means a new applicant from outside the UK can no longer be sponsored for the job on the Skilled Worker visa.
Jobs a new applicant from outside the UK can still be sponsored for, by workers sponsored in 2025.
Since 22 July 2025 employers cannot sponsor new applicants from outside the UK for these jobs on the Skilled Worker visa. Some people already in the UK still can be. Their 2025 figures include the months before that change, and extensions for people already here.

Employers: the Home Office register of licensed sponsors, copied every day. Workers sponsored, 2021 to 2025: Home Office figures released under the Freedom of Information Act. Visas granted: Home Office immigration statistics. Industry: Companies House. Town positions: GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). The Home Office hides counts from 1 to 5, so totals are ranges. We do not show a total for fewer than 3 employers, and we round totals to the nearest 10. Counts cover the employers we can match to the register, about 99% of the workers in the release.
