Microsoft 365 Consultant

About Us inforcer is one of the fastest growing technology organisations in the world and a leading provider of cutting-edge cybersecurity and AI solutions to support to the SMB market. We provide MSPs (Managed Service Providers) with the fundamental technology they need to manage and secure Microsoft 365 at scale and deliver AI services. Our mission is to be inforced in every MSP!   About the Role We are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our MSP partners get more out of Microsoft 365 and make sure they’re getting real value from inforcer alongside our implementation and customer success teams. You’ll do that one-to-one with partners who are stuck, one-to-many through training and webinars, and at scale by turning the patterns you spot into enablement content the whole partner base can use. It’s a hands-on, post-sales customer-facing role for someone who knows Microsoft 365 properly and enjoys teaching it. If this sound like you, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing - 1-2-1 Consultative Sessions: Run one-to-one sessions with partners, bringing Microsoft 365 expertise to unblock whatever they’re hitting — from policy design and conditional access through to Intune deployment, Purview configuration and Defender posture. - Training Delivery: Deliver 1-to-many training on Microsoft 365 and on inforcer’s 365 Manager, for groups of MSP engineers and, where it helps, their own end customers. - Webinars & Recorded Content: Host live webinars and build a library of recorded training that partners can come back to whenever they need it. - Spotting Trends: Identify the patterns in what’s coming through support, customer success conversations and implementation calls. When the same question lands ten times, build the guide, video or session that answers it once, for everyone. - Driving Adoption: Work alongside customer success and implementation to drive adoption of 365 Manager — from onboarding through to the point where a partner is using the product to its full potential as part of their day-to-day. - On-Site Engagements: Travel to partner sites across the UK and internationally, and represent inforcer at partner and community events. - Stay Current: Keep up to date with Microsoft 365 developments, new features and industry best practice, so the guidance we give partners is always current. What We Can Offer You Steep Learning curve: We believe people leave organisations when learning stops. We promise a steep and continuous learning curve to both challenge and develop our people. You are responsible for your own learning, but you’ll be surrounded by exceptional people and strong enablement, if you choose to lean into it, in an environment where it’s safe to make mistakes, try new things, and improve.   Real impact: We operate in a high-trust and autonomous environment where you can make a real impact and difference in your role and across the company. Transparency and Honesty: We believe honest and clear communication creates a highly collaborative culture. It gives you the “why” we make decisions and allows you to effectively make your own. We won’t pull the wool over your eyes, we are a fast-growing start-up that comes with its own unique challenges, but we all work hard to solve them, together, as a team. A+ Global Team: Our people power every part of our business, and we look for individuals who bring genuine passion to their role and operate at their very best. A-players thrive when surrounded by other A-players. Our level of growth and rate of change can be hard work and challenging, but you’ll be surrounded with exceptional people that are always happy to help. Regular Team Socials: We celebrate our team, our milestones, promotions and achievements with social events every month. Employee Recognition: Programs to recognise and reward our top contributors for their achievements and efforts. We live our company values every day and reward those people who embody them. Skills We Need for This Role - Associate-level Microsoft 365 knowledge across the whole stack — Entra ID, Intune, Purview and Defender, plus Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams. Real depth in a few of them, confident working knowledge of the rest. - Proven experience delivering consultative customer engagements — running the session, diagnosing the problem live, and being the person in the room people trust to answer. - Confident presenting to a crowd, whether that’s a webinar, a workshop or a room full of engineers. - Able to explain something technical to a mixed-ability audience without talking down to anyone. - Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving abilities. - Happy to travel regularly to customer sites, including internationally. - A growth mindset and passion for continuous learning. Nice to Have - Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, MD-102, SC-200 or SC-100. - Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT). - Time spent working in or with an MSP, so multi-tenant reality isn’t new to you. - A track record of creating enablement content — written guides, video, courseware or community posts. - Experience in a technical enablement, solutions consultant or customer success engineering function at a SaaS company. - Active in the Microsoft or MSP community — user groups, events, blogging or speaking. Inforcer is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
