Every Monday we email the sponsors that left the Home Office register in the week before: name, town, route and date. Renamed sponsors are left out.

487 sponsors left the register in January 2026, up from 441 in December 2025. The most were in London (130, 27%). The largest industry group was licenced restaurants (23). The register does not say why a sponsor left: a licence can be revoked, surrendered or expire.
367 of the 487 have an industry code on Companies House; each is counted under its first code.
