Registered Nurse

We are recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Autumn Grange Care Home. At Autumn Grange, based in Creswell, S80 , we provide care and nursing support to older adults and people living with dementia. Registered Nurse Position Details - Hours: 3 nights per week - Shift times: 18:45-07:00 - £22 per hour - Schedule: Rota basis including weekends and bank holidays Benefits - Reimbursement of annual NMC PIN payment (subject to no restrictions placed) - Contributory pension scheme - Referral bonus scheme - Paid breaks - Supportive and friendly team environment - On-site parking Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans to reflect residents’ needs, in consultation with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals, in line with NMC guidelines and company policies. - Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with company procedures and NMC guidelines. - Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report any ill health amongst residents and arrange GP or professional visits where required. - Leadership and supervision: When acting as Nurse in Charge, supervise the care team and ensure clear and concise handovers at the end of each shift. - Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the highest standard of care.
