Business Development Representative Location: White City, London (5 days per week in office) OTE: £40,000 - £45,000 | Guaranteed minimum commission: £2,120/month | Uncapped commission Flatpay is one of Europe's fastest-growing fintech companies, now expanding rapidly across the UK. We build simple, transparent payment solutions for independent merchants, and we are growing the team that puts those solutions in front of them. The Role As a Business Development Representative, you will be on the phone every day, reaching out to merchants, sparking genuine interest in Flatpay's payment solutions, and booking meetings for our Sales Managers. This is a high-volume, outbound role. You will hear no more than yes. You will be expected to hit targets, take feedback, and keep improving. No scripts to hide behind: just you, the phone, and the ability to think on your feet.
