You'll thrive in this role if you: - Have experience managing learner or student data within a Management Information System (MIS). - Have knowledge of data management, funding compliance or statutory returns, ideally within further or adult education. - Can accurately manage learner records, ensuring data is complete, compliant and audit-ready. - Have experience coordinating examinations or assessments and understand awarding body regulations and examination procedures. - Are confident producing reports, analysing data and identifying discrepancies to support informed decision-making. - Can build positive working relationships with colleagues, learners, employers and external organisations. - Are highly organised, able to prioritise competing deadlines and remain calm during busy assessment and funding periods. - Have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy.
