These young people are here through no fault of their own. They have often had a troubled and traumatic start to their young lives, but through positive and constructive interventions by a skilled and committed staff team they are supported to address their emotional, social, and educational needs to enhance their life chances. Your personal qualities and life experience will help us create an environment of reflection, challenge, personal attention and specialist help. Your talents will help young people develop the values, skills, knowledge, self-control and direction that will enable them to fulfill their potential. This role requires you to work a night shift pattern, with the occasional day shift to undertake training / meetings or 1:1 sessions. There is an enhancement paid between 8pm and 6am and weekends. You must have a good general education and be willing and able to undertake relevant training. You will be supported to complete the Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care, which is a requirement of the job role.
