This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Policy, Insight & Performance team, supporting the delivery of high-quality evaluation, planning to inform a refreshed Local Evaluation Framework. ?? What you'll be doing - ?? Lead and support programme and project evaluations across the organisation. - ?? Commission and quality assure external research and evaluation projects. - ?? Analyse and interpret complex data to influence policy, strategy and decision making. ? We're looking for someone who has: - Experience delivering and/or planning high-quality evaluations. - Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills. - Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement ??
